Holder of a diploma in law from the Laval university since 2002, Me De Grandpré specializes in co-ownership, hypothecary recourses and civil litigation. He specializes in doctrinal and judicial research, in the elaboration of the files as well as the writing of the procedures. He also represents the clients in front of the different judicial authorities. Since 2006, he collaborates with Me Papineau in the updating of the Formulaire de droit des sûretés immobilières published at Wilson & Lafleur. |
